This will test your Latency from your pc to the server. They say 9 ms and lower is what you want.
So use this as your initial reference point then start turning programs off (from task manager) that you dont need
1 by 1 and test in between each program you turn off to veiw new results. You may find that at different times of day the
test may change, this is due to isp traffic on your individual server's.

Try to get latency numbers as low as possible!
